El interés por los Fishsnacks sigue creciendo, por lo que ya son varios los blogs especializados en productos Gourmet que han probado y valorado nuestro producto.

Uno de ellos es Gastro Genuino, blog dirigido por Ricardo y David que buscan por mercados particulares y pequeños productores locales, aquel producto que por sus características pueden calificarlo de “gourmet”, pero que por desconocido, por encontrarse fuera de las redes de los grandes comerciantes o simplemente por tener una producción local, mantiene un precio accesible y una producción cuidada.

Fishsnack’s attract interest at Barcelona Expo

Fish Snacks SeaFood Barcelona ExpoCatalonia-based Savia Natura has just launched an unusual snack made of cod and salmon skin, which is catching visitors’ attention at Seafood Expo Southern Europe in Barcelona this week.

Developed in partnership with Alicante-based processor Salazones Pertusa, the snack is gluten-free and presented as an ‘all natural’ premium product.
Launched only on Monday, the range — which comes in a range of flavors — was presented in bulk sizes for the foodservice sector and in smaller retail packs, and has no distribution deals to date.

But great interest garnered during the trade show has brought promising prospects, Carolina Artiaga, export manager at Savia Natura, told Undercurrent News on Tuesday, Sept. 23.

The fish snacks were launched on Monday at the event and, since then, we have met plenty of distributors interested in our new product,” said Artiaga.
